Description
The Kodak EK6 Instant Camera is a vintage instant camera introduced in the 1970s. It is part of Kodak’s line of instant cameras that used the Kodak Instant Film, similar to Polaroid film, but with its own proprietary format. The EK6 features a fixed 114mm f/11 lens and offers a manual focus system, making it a bit more hands-on compared to other fully automatic instant cameras of the time.
The camera uses a rotating flash to provide consistent lighting in low-light conditions, and it includes a simple exposure control to help adjust for various lighting situations. Its compact, durable design made it easy to carry around for quick snapshots. While the Kodak EK6 is not as well-known as some of Kodak’s other instant cameras, it has gained a niche following among collectors and instant photography enthusiasts for its retro appeal and unique design.
