Description

The Yashica Mat 124 G is a medium format twin-lens reflex (TLR) film camera produced by Yashica, a Japanese manufacturer known for its range of cameras and optical equipment. Introduced in the early 1970s, the Mat 124 G is a successor to the original Yashica Mat 124.

As a TLR camera, the Yashica Mat 124 G features two lenses stacked vertically: one for viewing and composing the image (the viewing lens) and the other for capturing the image (the taking lens). This design provides a distinctive shooting experience, allowing photographers to compose their shots using the waist-level viewfinder.
